Climbing

I enjoy outdoor climbing throughout the UK and abroad.
For me, focusing on the kinaesthetics of climbing is a real release and alows me to focus my mind. I often go away at the weekend to climb or boulder as well as spending longer periods climbing abroad.

Cycling

I have cycle toured extensively both abroad and in the UK.

Cycling a big mountain pass with all I need to survive loaded on my bike is what cycling is about for me.

Singing and more

I am currently a member of the City of Birmingham Symphony Chorus and was previously a member of the City of London Choir. I reherse and perform regularly.

I also: do Yoga; play Tennis; play frisbee; socialise and all the other things people do!
